At Notstore, every piece is made especially for you. We want you to love what you receive — and if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.


💛 Easy Replacements (No Stress)

If your order arrives with:

  • A defect or damage
  • The wrong item
  • A printing issue

We’ll happily send you a free replacement.

Just reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll take care of the rest.


📸 How to Request a Replacement

Email us at mynotstore@gmail.com with:

  • Your Order ID
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos/videos of the product

Once verified, we’ll process your replacement quickly.


📏 Size & Fit

Each product is made-to-order, so we strongly recommend checking our size chart before placing your order.

If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help you choose the right fit.


🚫 What’s Not Eligible

We’re unable to accept replacements or returns for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Minor colour variations (due to screen differences)
  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery

💳 Refunds

As all products are custom-made, we typically don’t offer refunds.

However, if a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue a full refund.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • For COD orders, refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer
